Mirror Exercise


Sit or stand in front of mirror. Comfortably look into your eyes in the mirror.

How are you feeling? Are you happy? Are you admiring yourself? Are you smiling at you?

Or are you criticizing yourself? Are you thinking about your flaws? Are you sad looking at you?

The point is if you can smile at you, if you can admire yourself, if you are happy looking at you, all these are sign of self acceptation.

The self acceptation is a healthy sign and it’s the key of all the happiness & success in one’s life. The opposite of self acceptance is self denial or self rejection, which holds you back from becoming happy & successful you!

Now let’s see, how it works. We have a powerful tool, our mind, although work on programming like a computer but supersede any kind of advance computer available in the world in any way, every way.

Our mind which is working on programming and at the same time, it has capability of writing programs by its own.

So our mind has a dual role, he is a creator as well as executer of all the programs, which decide the quality of our life.

One of my friends was overweight, his problem was very normal; we all are having the same problem in some way. He thought about diet control and exercise, so that he can reduce his weight. He was well aware that reducing weight was critical issue for his health. But irrespective of knowing it, every morning he failed to wake up on time to do exercise, he cannot control his diet too because of his fondness for delicious foods.

We generally name it as lack of commitment, lack of will power. He also did complain about the same. Then I asked him if he ever thought about who knew he is overweight & it is not good for his health or who was thinking about exercise & diet control and who were failed to did the same. His answer was he himself in both the cases.

Once we aware & realize that our mind himself is a creator and executor of all the things done by us, we are able to harness this capability to use it in our favor, which is otherwise in general working against us due to our preprogramming.
